I've still a stone left to lose and I've been stuck for a good few weeks now.
I've not read all of this thread so I don't know if anyone else has seen this, but I've just done a 3 day free trial on this website http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/lostart.htm and I'm thinking of subscribing tomorrow when my 3 days are up. Just thought I'd mention it because someone may find it helpful?

Re: Dieter's for OZ
Well, with our 20th ann last wed, MIL's birthday meal on friday and it being that time of the month I have not had a good week. After doing so well for a fortnight I am a lot dissapointed but have joined Deb's cereal challenge and am going to start again from now.
Still, I suppose if I were good 100% of the time life would be so damn boring, and what would I have to whinge about (apart from the OH, kids, state of the house, the fact I have to paint all the door frames while himself cleans his bike and takes it off to the BMF show at Peterborough instead of sorting the new bathroom door out etc etc)
Oh well, better get back to painting said door frames
I had my hair cut short last week and I still managed to get paint in it yesterday

Hi there,
I am really new to this site and have ploughed my way through all of the diet posts.
Can anyne tell me what they are looking for weightwise in the medical for Oz? I am soooo scared that I will be the reason we get turned down.
Thanks and all your comments and advice duly taken
