Definitely last Sunday in October so weekend after next. I guess that means that we will be 11 hours in front of the UK?

Yup which means its alot easier to be in touch with those in the UK. The 11 hours difference makes it better to talk at decent hours...

the tiem changes are all aligned so they go forward in UK/back in Oz, and back in UK/forward in Oz the same weekend- last in October and last in March.
The time difference in Oz summer is 11 hours, 9 hours in winter.
(although this means UK has 7 months of summer hours, and we only get 5. You can see I have made this an indepth study)
