delivery in person?????

delivery in person?????
I should be sending in hubby,s application on Monday or Tuesday.
I was thinking of going down to London myself and delivering it by hand.
Has anyone else done this ?
do I just go to Aus house in the strand.
Can I just hand it over the counter???
I dont want to rely on the post as I want to know it actually got there.
What advice can anyone give me.
