Yes my daughter has a job and contributes to the household income. The problem is not them being able to afford the payments, should they stay. The problem, as mentioned in the initial post, is that he cannot continue in the job, which is all he is qualified to do and all he wants to do, in Australia, as it will destroy his back. So reluctantly they have to come back to the UK where he can continue to do the job he loves - as I said, trust me when I say this. So my daughter getting a better job, doesn't really help the situation. Hence my comment, have you read the original post....?

I'm curious to know what job he does in Australia which will 'destroy his back' and why he thinks it's a good idea to do the same job in the UK ??
Surely he should consider a change of career if only to save his health.
