Saturday...
Took 2 of my wifes aussie friends to a castle and then had a walk round a local town.
Sunday
Spent baking in the garden over a cold beer, reading and then a bbq with the parents in the evening.
Let hope the weather lasts until next w/e eh !

The Perth Water Corporation says the weekend's rains have provided a boost to dam levels.
More than 40 millimetres of rain has fallen on the metropolitan area over the last 24 hours.

I agree with you... PB seems to be taking the `Simon Cowell` role of the forum. He is in for a slaughtering when he returns to the UK. He hasn`t got a clue..
The way to deal with this idiot is to ignore him.

29mm rain in 12 hrs at Redcar at weekend and its summer here.
Give in with your pathetic whining 95 % of what you post is pathetic the rest is ordinary.
Make your posts have a real point to them, it makes them much more interesting to the reader.

Sat; lots of beer and food with friends,
Sun: hottest place in UK, - LHR Terminal 3, where was I? LHR Terminal 3!!! At least the arrival of the Bloke was memorable, if only for its heat.......??
Mon: drove round Sussex, couldn't buy a fan/air con unit anywhere (he thought we'd be able to cos they would be everywhere in Oz - first lesson of UK shopping, when it gets hot - you can't buy anything to cool you down!)
then went to Sainsburys & got served by sub-human idiot (I kid you not, that was THICK!), Bloke's first impressions of UK not going well! Had to go to best mate's house for shower cos my primitive flat only has a decrepit bath......
But overall - the best place all weekend was the arrivals hall in terminal 3! I will now sit back and wait for you all to tell me how sad I am.....

I'd have expected you to surface sometime next week after a lot of catching up
Have fun
I spent the weekend carbooting all the junk from the garage and shed. It's cheaper than a skip and we've made the price of a couple of tickets already just with stuff I'd have binned. It's a buzz as well, talking up a sale and having a bit of banter with the punters.
Note to self consider a market stall
Roll up roll up get your oringis ere luv, luverli fresh this mornin
Giz a job I can do that!
Sean
Yep, losing the plot

Poor sad soul. Must have a very sorry life, I'd hate to be that miserable. But however bad it is being PB, think how much worse it must be having to live with him!
Maybe we should start a support group for his long-suffering family..........
