Date of eligibility for seniors card?
I was granted permanent 143 visa November 2016, made validation trip in June 2017 then moved to Australia July 2019.
There is a 4 year residence requirement for the Seniors Health Card, so can I apply this November (the 4th anniversary of my 143 Visa), or do I have to wait until July 2023?
I'm pretty sure I know the answer but I'd hate to wait longer than necessary!
