Cute, we have a maremma dog and he gets into some funny positions to go to sleep in. We go and check on him at night and he has got 4 legs in the air fast asleep...

A maremma is an italian sheepdog, flock guardian. Do a search on ask or google and you can get loads of info and pics. I think they are in the newfie/pyrenean group they are fantastic dogs and have a lot of character, will post some pics when i get the chance.

awww! I would love to have a Pomeranian but it's just not practical. How do other people cope with a dog and vacations?

We have one of these as well looks exactly the same as my likkle foxy. She is the boss and cannot stand our Maremma she latches onto his neck and he thinks its a game.. She even scares a german shepherd dog off down the street, she thinks she is 10 men that little dog and very loyal she is too wouldnt be without her...
