Big Galah, I bought these guys breakfast AND lunch, I was really polite to all of them and even said that I would sweep and clear their mess up, so that they could get off!

The rep that gave us the quote WAS very professional, the crew that arrived to collect the first shipment, they too, 'appeared' to be professional.

Mistakes can happen, GRANTED, but how many mistakes is TOO many, so too, is how they compensate you, with an apology or money, that can determine a 'good' company....I received neither an apology nor any form of compensation...

I went to the Perth office, to submit my claim in person and to complain about their service and whilst I sat in their reception awaiting a staff member, I sat alongside a guy (another disgruntled customer) that was fuming over a $15,000 part claim for a huge shipment from the USA, now this guy was having a major 'fit' because not only had he been kept waiting for so long but he couldnt get anyone in authority to see him....

....by the way, on my arrival to their car park there was another customer and his wife leaving the building and slamming their car doors and screaching out of the car park....I immediately thought they were disgruntled customers too...(may not have been....but hard to believe they were not!)

They paid us 3 hundred pounds compensation. Not much but better than nothing.
I think they paid us something as we were always on the phone to them complaining for months.
If you persist then you may get something.
Good luck.
