How dare you! How dare you bring reality onto this site. This isn't what people reading this site want to read....they all want to hear how perfect Australia is! Certainly they don't want to hear that there's actually crime there..you'll shatter the poor lambs dreams...
I suggest you stop this nonsense at once, and start posting crime stories from back in the UK...that should make them happy...

Similar garbage going on at a high school near us.

I will never understand why people list escaping crime as one of their reasons for going to OZ. It is ridiculous. Parts of Sydney and Melbourne look like Camden Town in London at night.

Brisbane Mall, on Wednesday evening, netted us 3 beggars, one junkie throwing up all over the counter at Mcdonalds and lots of posters, for the serial killer knocking off all the pros in Brunswick street. Plus it was filthy. One set of toilets closed presumably to stop people shooting up. The staircases from the carpark up to the street rivalled any council housing estate in Manchester.
No better no worse than anywhere in 2003 I suppose.
