We sent our docs with DHL. Fantastic, you can track it all the way to delivery. A bit costly (£30ish) but well worth it. Would not trust docs with the Post office.

Hi Rooksie,
We used DHL, cost just under £50, you can take it to them or they'll pick it up from your house, they'll take it out of your envelope and put it in one of their own (or ask you to) The whole process is available online so you know where it is each step of the way, you know the name of your courier and who sighned for it at the other end. I think ours took 3 days, Fri-Mon.

We used DHL just at christmas time ( i know not the best time ) collected it from our house, sent it to the wrong airport in the UK ( where it stayed for 2 days ) then on to Sydney and got there ok. We had the tracker number so could easily find out where it was, was not to worried about the hicups at the start and the meds were sent from the panel doctors ok so we would use them again.

Hi Rooksie,
I can also recommend DHL. We used them for everything and although a little expensive, very reliable. We were on holiday in Malta when agent e-mailed to say a form was missing, couldn't lodge without it so tracked down a DHL and used them. Had a very interesting day sight seeing on local Malta buses whilst finding DHL in temp of over 40c, but well worth it. Form got to Syndey in 2 days.
