Could anyone tell me!!!!
I have been in my rental for 2 months, I have had the house sprayed 3 times, Due to having redbacks and getting bitten by one. I have 3 children and since having the house sprayed again, Have now killed another 4 today, In total in the 2 months i have been in this house house i have killed 19 of the little buggers. I am wondering if i have a good case for giving up my lease.

id get the pest control whp sprayed your house back, they havent done a very good job, also have a word with your landlord, you would have a good case i think, alot of people break their lease anyway for various reasons.

I think it probably does depend on where the spiders are & what the pest company did.
Despite what many people think, most pest companies (well the reputable ones anyway) will only spray the outside walls & eaves of the house when spraying for spiders, so anything that is already inside is not their business. *Spraying* inside the house usually means a chemical that's aimed at cockroaches so spiders wont be covered.
And if the spiders are in the garden, then I think the onus will be just put back on you to look after your own safety ie check shoes, under pots, outdoor furniture etc.
Check your paperwork from the pest control company carefully to see what & where is & isnt covered.
I think Tracey is at least partly right, unless you can prove that the place is uninhabitable because of it you could certainly break the lease (lots of people do), but my guess is that you will have to pay for readvertising it & pay the rent until a new tenant can be found.
