Highly unlikely as a nurse, no offence (I have many friends who have moved as nurses) but you are not sufficiently in demand. Hosptals can get UK nurses withouteven offering sponsorship, so certainy no need to offer a relocation package.

Not for nurses in the public system.
Once here though, you can offset some of the expenses through salary packaging / tax breaks. I'm not sure exactly how it works but I submitted $8000 receipts (shipping, accomodation etc) and we didn't pay tax on that amount.

I've been going through the WA Health stuff on salary sacrificing recently, its amazing! Far better than what our department gets in Queensland. We are virtually down to just cars and super, I'm seriously jealous.
