I'd like to know what method of communication DIMA uses with its applicants?

Does DIMA communicate also with the sponsor/assurer?

Can an applicant communicate with DIMA via fax? especially for those urgent concerns? what details should be written?

Is there a website that discusses the procedures DIMA applies with its applicants?
