i did'nt mean caboulture had high unemployment, just that the people who do'nt like working for a living were moving out, or so i am told. One hse we saw was 15 acres with a turf grower as a nieghbour the turf went from the back fence to the glasshouse mountains extremly nice views, there was no town water but there was a well and rain tanks. Huge property not too far from brissy for $450,000.
