Coffs is really a great place, the locals are as you say, very friendly. It's such a refreshing change from the big cities and the gloom and doom of the UK! I do miss my family and friends back home but that's all. The climate here is supposed to be the best in the country - well, that was before we started being declared a natural disaster area with monotonous regularity but it's still fantastic. The rain just makes us appreciate the sun more when it does come out :thumbup:

Would love to. Was in Coffs about 12 years ago & loved the place. Probably changed a lot since then right enough. Job opportunity wise(I'm an a/c engineer) I think it will probably be Brisbane, but If a position arose at Coffs airport we would jump at it:thumbup:
