citizenship application processing times
Hi Can peeps give me an average time for citizenship application processing times for people who have lodged their applications in sydney, Thanks.

You probably won't get anything specific, but the usual experience is somewhere between 3 and 9 months.
Sydney has many council areas and some are better at doing citizenship ceremonies than others.

no i want the time from the application being submitted to the time people recieve their letter of approval, thanks anyway

The area you live in has no bearing on the time taken from application to approval letter. It's not a council issue, it's a DIAC issue so it could be anything from a week to six months probably depending on how many other people have applied at the same sort of time. The councils come into play when DIAC inform them that you have been approved and for them to invite you to a ceremony.
