We have a CSA here too. http://www.csa.gov.au/
If you search the forum for 'CSA' there's lots of info on here about it

uk court order not enforceable in Oz, however application can be made to Oz csa by your former partner and deductions made as in uk. Would be based on your position in Oz, not your previous position in uk.
Best to not go there and try to get a reasonable agreement between you and stick to it. However I know its easier said than done.

I also pay CSA to the UK. As already mentioned UK CSA has no legal enforcement in OZ, and for your ex to go through OZ CSA and claim is not a simple matter for them and will require legal costs.
I simply came here and once earning continued to pay CSA, 20% (two kids) on my NET earnings. My ex solicitors demanded to see my pay slip, I sent them a copy with everything deleted apart from my name, the date, and my net earnings being paid into my account. As with the UK CSA, they calculate it on your net earnings only, so the ex does not need to know, gross, tax, pension contributions, salary sacrifice etc.
I use this company to transfer money once per month http://www.tranzfers.com They charge $15! per transfer, cheaper than any bank
Hope this helps

Agree its best if you can come to some arrangement between you that keeps everyone happy.
My ex husband (in UK) is assessed on his income by the Australian CSA. However we have always had an agreement between us that is fair on both parties so we stick to our agreement. Having said that - both of our experiences of the CSA in Oz are very much better than the nightmare we used to go through with the UK lot!
