Does anybody know of anywhere in the UK that sells chicken salt? We had it in Australia and loved it.

p.s. my son has just asked me to also ask if anybody knows of anywhere in the UK that sells chikkos (think that's spelt correctly) - you know, the disgusting jelly baby things that taste of CHOCOLATE - how sick is that. Anyway, he seemed to like them (strange boy), so if you know of anywhere that sells them please let me know and I'll make sure they're taken off the shelves immediately!!

I think its Chiccos, I'll have a look for you next time I'm in a shop and find out who makes them.. might help.

My aussie boyf had the same problem with chicken salt, couldn't find it either, apart from one chippy we stopped in, in N Wales.

salt and seasoning section. chicken salt is basically msg with chicken stock powder and salt .not good for asthma sufferers though. hope i didn't turn u off it.

my hubby and I brought back some chicken salt from Aus. this year, and it is MSG FREE!! and it is also vegetarian!! NO chicken powder etc.. just salt with herbs, powdered soy sauce etc in it....

Can probably buy chicken salt at the Australia Shop in Covent Garden... also Chicco babies...

Thanks for the replies. I've been on the Mitani website and have emailed their UK distributor so maybe I'll find somewhere that sells it.

I lived in Frodsham since 1992 - used to do UK x-country trials in Macclesfield.... running through a stream, across a field with cows in and up a muddy hill just for fun. Ah, the memories!
