Moving to Mel, my fridge freezer in uk is too old to come over...
Should i buy it here and pay whatever it is for bringing new one over?
or how much would it be in oz?
Any links would be good to look at prices. thanks
Also will my TV dishwasher etc work ok ? do i need to buy anything for them to work over there ? xxx

If you're sending a container then its probably worth buying as much as possible in the UK. It will all work here.
It's very unlikely that you will charged anything by Customs, even on brand new goods. They generally don't care about stuff like this. Put six new 50" plasma's in the container and it might be another matter.

NW. Couple of things to keep in mind...
Anything bought in the UK and you can forget about the warranty being worth anything here. There may be exceptions to that, but they will be few and far between.
Secondly, those prices on the Oz sites are all 'negotiable'. 10% off in the store is easy to do, more if you are buying several items at once.
