Ahhh jesus! was that from that bloody air disasters site??? There was a reason I didnt go & look at it & that must have been it :scared:

No, actually it was e-mailed to me by a certain pilot a few weeks ago!!!!
Happened in May probably cos the engineers forgot to put in a pin that holds the gear on place during maintenance. no passengers on board or injured.
They seem to be a fairly safe airline, don't panic. He has no scare stories about them anyway

Disasters site doesn't seem very interested in Eva which is good news,and the Airline Quality site gives them 3 or 4 stars for almost everything. Several reviews on there too
