Default Changed Agent for the better!!

Since my last thread concerning agents and their fees. I just thought I'd tell you all that we've now changed our agent and we are so impressed with the new one.
You know we have wasted 5 months messing around with the first and we still hadn't put our application in for the visa. Its been so frustrating. Then yesterday we went to see Concept Australia in Manchester and within 2 hours ( 2 HOURS!!!) we had ironed out some concerns, filled out the paper work and ready to rock and roll. Baring in mind we had all the relevant documents needed, as within the last few months of messing around we've been able to sort out certificates and refrences etc.
We both feel so pissed off that the previous agent have been dragging their heels. What's more they cost twice as much as CA!!! And according to some on this site, they are supposed to be the best!!! Go figure???
Anyway, fingers crossed we are starting to get things moving now. Adelaide here we come..................at last!!!

Hi,
We are using Concept and have nothing but good to say about them.
They have kept us informed every step of the way, from the TRA stage right up to our meds (today). And also very reasonably priced.
But Martin being a big Man City fan swung it for me

I don't see a problem publishing the name of the agent. You're only voicing your honest opinion. It's good to see feedback, both +ve and -ve.

By the way, if my agent happens to read this then I'd just like to use this opportunity to say that he is absolutely bloody brilliant !

I thank you...
