I'm 25+. I'm from Ukraine, Eastern Europe. I do have 3 years of translation experience and a bachelor degree in translation. I'm a translator Ukrainian<>English.

I can score 120/125 points. Are my chances good for 136 visa? I shall look forward for your answers.

As long as you meet the points requirement for the pass mark which is current there would be no reason why you shouldnt get a visa.

Perhaps you should check your points with a migration consultant. Most offer this basic service free before proceeding.
