Sydney. They live in SW burbs.
Just had an email from our agents who contacted Centrelink last night/this morning. They were told that they can only talk to me directly!
This isn't what they told me though.

However our Assurer completed the Authorisation part of the AoS form stating that our agent could deal with communications on our Assurers behalf.
Surely if the don't (Centrelink) they are breaching some code of conduct by refusing to speak to our agent? Or am I going silly here!

Can anyone else out there help me here!! This can't be right. Can it? And if so there must be some other course of action/redress, for this seems to be blatantly, and dare I say it, criminally unfair.
