Done a quick tot up, looks like up to 28 people so far are coming.

Assuming you are serious; these meets are organised so similar minded people (potential migrants) can meet up have a chat and share information.

They are good fun, the people are very friendly and helpful.

You should try and pop along.

Yes, to reinforce Gary's view, the meet is for people who are either definately off to Aus, applying to go, or interested in going nto all meet up. Already there is a mixture, so feel welcome to come along.

sounds interesting. live up North (Yorkshire) so it will take some effort ....where are other people traveling from, arrangements etc

Hi Again....

We travel from Peterborough, so a little shorter in terms of distance. I think that Kelly28 is going, and they are travelling from Newcastle....are they mad??? Well maybe you could turn up and ask them.

Assuming you cannot make the London meet, then maybe you could try and make the Sandown (again London but later in March) meet and also attend the Emigrate show, that way you would be killing two birds with one stone.

I believe that there are two meets, but check out the thread to be sure.

Hi all, never been to one of these meets before. what happens? how do you know who's who?and finally for the stupid questions, is it appropiate to bring children as we have 2 little darlings!
