Gday
Cedar Grove and Cedar Vale, are opposite sides of the Mt Lindsay Highway.
I think nrst school is Jimboomba, with the very very highly respected Hills College also there.
About 4 min drive from Cedar Vale.
Most of the property out there, are 2 , 2.5 and 5 acre blocks.
Another good choice, is Munruben, Mundoolun, Flagstone
All circa 600 sqm - 1 ac+
Good area, good pub, good Woolies, new coles due soon ( if it aint already done ) Small ind estate, in Jimboomba, 2 servos a chinky restaurant/takeaway ( very nice too ) a good bottlo, and a chippy.. amongst other smaller shops.
With the transfer of ownership to Logan Council, and the proposed HUGE development at the foothills of Mt Tamborine, called,... yarambilba or something... the area is set for rapid expansion. ( aussie rapid that is )
My money is on 5 acre blocks, with a view to subdivision....

Re: Cedar Vale, Jimboomba
Hiya we are at Flagstone very near cedar grove and cedar vale.Your nearest shopping centre is Jimboomba which is growing by the day and now has coles, woolys and lots of little shops, schools are Jimboomba state, emmaus,Hills and Flagstone.High school would be Flagstone high and Beaudesert high.We used www.jimboombarelocations.com to help us on arrival ,they are very helpful and give a personal service, they have loads of info on this and surronding areas.
