Default car seats

Hi
We are moving to Perth in the next five weeks. All of our furniture has already been shipped and is awaiting our arrival. However we have a few extra bits and bobs to ship including a rather bulky childs car seat. Before I pay to ship it out I realised that the laws regarding car seats in Oz may be completely different making my car seat redundant, can anyone advise me please?

The laws are different. Many states require back center fastener.

And they have to have the oz safety stamp anyway
