Default Car Hire Perth / Mandurah. Cheaper than the big companies?

Hi ya,

Has anyone used local car hire companies and found them much cheaper than the deals through holiday autos, emirates etc?

Our friends are coming out in Oct/Nov and are looking into car hire?

Any help / advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi

On recommendation we used Cottesloe Car Hire in Swanbourne, between the City and Fremantle. I paid $20 per day for a 7 day hire for a bog standard 1.2 automatic. It was clean and new. We didnt use them last time as we went to Mandurah and had use of a friends car. I looked at car hire in Mandurah and it was quite expensive so was Perth Airport hires.

I hope this helps. The only problem with Cottesloe is that they dont deliver to the airport. www.cottesloecarhire.com.au
Send them an email and they are most helpful - they are just off the main Stirling Highway and a few mins away from the train stop.

Hiya mate,

We used M2000 car hire in Jundaloop, but I know that they have got branches in other parts of Perth.

We got a Hyundai Tuscon for a very good rate
