Default Car cleaning kit - Will immigration let it in?

I take it that I will be able to ship things like car polish and cleaning sprays to oz when I go, as I will have about £200 worth of various products and I don't want to have to give them away.

Will immigration let this through?

Thanks.

cant see why not, I shipped toiletries in when we moved surely they arent that different, usually the problems are with animal/plant products and stuff thats been exposed to spoil (eg tent, bike, soccer boots etc - they all need cleaning first) not that we cleaned out tent first and it gfot through ok!

Only if you smoke 'em

Liquids imported in a container generally should not be a problem -just consider how/where they will be packed. If they leak then you have a good chance of damaging something else more valuble in the container.

Obviously, you can't take them with you as hand luggage on the flight.

I have no idea if they're combustible lol. I doubt it.

I'm not sure how I'm getting my stuff to Adelaide yet, as I have nowhere near enough stuff for a container, probably just a few big boxes, so I imagine I will send them as parcels via courier.

Cheers.

How long did they take to get there? I'm wanting them there pretty much instantly hence why I was thinking courier.

All I have is CD's, DVD's, the clothes that don't fit in my hold luggage, duvet and bed sheets, a toolbox (heavy and will need cleaning), car cleaning products and that's about it apart from some paperwork.

What in your cabin luggage I love that stuff. Use it for all manner of stuff. To the OP, I'd possibly leave the chamois and the sponge behind but the rest would be fine.

Not even on the ship. The packers never said a word about any of my wife's toys or specialist videos but WD40 was the one thing they refused to pack.

Sponge? Oh no no, I don't own a sponge. Lambs wool wash mitts is where it's at. Sponges hold tiny particals of dirt and put swirl marks into the laquer.

Well thanks for the advice. I won't be taking any aerosols, so fingers crossed should be ok.

The real question here is how can one person possibly own £200 of polishing stuff in the first place

Ive got a few Quids worth of zymol thats going to melbourne with me .Its took years to gather all my detailing gear as I used to concourse VW. Had shippers round today and said all waxes/polishes car cleaning will be ok as long as they are in your own 20/40 ft container and packed in another plastic storage box.
