Can't believe it!!!
Well, just when we were starting to think we would have no choice but to rent out our house (leave for Perth at the beginning of Jan and still haven't got a buyer) along comes a lady this afternoon to have a second look. She loved our house and put in an offer £2k short of asking price!! Even better she is a cash buyer- Hooray! 
Hang in there everyone- it only takes one person!!!
We're off to the supermarket to buy some wine to celebrate!

Thankyou EVERYBODY! Ended up going out to dinner to celebrate. Am now completely pigged It's weird how everything starts to fall into place- makes you wonder if there is such a thing as fate...
Warren, I asked my hubby a few months ago if I should join Perth pole dancing ladies- his reply was "Oh god yes"
