hi there, i visited ipswich and burbs when i was there and it is a tad run down and socially deprived, but on the other hand houses are very affordable andthe value is due to boom in the next ten years i would guess.

we are moving to blackstone, outside ipswich as we have family there and we can afford to buy an acre of land build a 4 bedroom house with a pool and a brand new 4wd, and all for the same money as a small house on the coast.

pm if you want any more info

Welshboybilly, you will have to give me a shout when you get over to Ipswich. the Bloke and I work as marshals at the race track out there (Queensland Raceway), so we are down that way a lot.

So welshboybilly,
spill the beans then. What sort of money are we talking about
I'll have to get me map out and look it up.
You never know, one day I might even go to Oz.

Bye
