Default Can we take Polish pensioner to Aussie

My father in law is 86yrs old. We are concerned about leaving him i n the uk when we move to aussie as he will not have any other relatives living here. Does anyone know if we can take him with us or bring him out to live in Aussie after we have settled? I am dual national UK/Aus, my husband will have permanent visa. Can anyone advise us please?

Oh, I seem to be getting the hang of this forum.
