can anyone help
has anyone transported a horse from uk to australia. can you help me with information regarding costs etc. Also we have a dog that we need to transport, any help what so ever would be appreciated. thanks

Look at the AQIS website for information on importing animals and quarentine regulations. Not sure about the horse, but lots of people have brought their dogs over. Do a search of the forum, too and I'm sure you will get lots of posts relating to shipping dogs.

I know Eastern Creek, Sydney has quarantine facilities for horses...

And I think Janeyray shipped her horse over and back again. Might be worth sending her an e-mail. she only posts occasionally in the Moving Back forum.
