well,its like this it occured to me that perhaps people would like to buy property abroad,for example australia,to save them the hassle of going half way round the planet is where you come in.i.e camcorder.

Would people seriously consider spending a few hundred thousand dollars on a home they have never personally seen but instead rely on a tape and the ever so trustworthy word of a real estate agent ?

For us its taken 6 or so trips and a lot of exploring to settle on the area nevermind the exact property. I appreciate some people dont have the resources to visit before but I guess thats why most rent when they first arrive and then buy.

After all its the biggest investment most people make.
