Pickled pork is fabulous. Best choice out here.
Really do fancy some thick gammon steaks topped with a soft egg - the ones on sale seem to be that compressed stuff though
Maybe will just have to have thick slices of pickled pork with my egg - after we have got through the two hams (smoked - or pseudo smoked
) we won in raffles at the local club!!
Now trying to think of all the recipes under the sun for using excess ham
