Default callin all you people in Perth

Hi guys

well I have finally got a rental place sorted out, in Beldon in Perth, I have a lease for 7 months and hopefully by the end of that time I will have bought somewhere...........I leave Melbourne on 1st July and hope to be in my new home on 4th July after a long drive accross the nullabor.....

Just now wondering who is in Perth and when is the next meet up etc...does anyone live near me, who wants to meet up sometime????

What do you all get up to on eves/weekends there, as I have a feelin that I will find it alot quiter than Melly?

Also can anyone recommed any jobs for me?

Laura

Good luck with it Laura, remember everything happens for a reason.

I had the pleasure of meeting quite a few of the Perth Ex pats last year & they are a great bunch & really supportive of each other, I'm sure you will get on well, especially with Simone, shes closer to your age & is a wee cracker.

Hi Laura,
good luck with your trip to Perth - God, you're brave going accross the nullabor! Mind you wouldn't mind giving it a try myself!
Sorry don't do much 'nightlife' as we have 2 kids and hubby works away.
You are more than welcome to meet up for a coffee etc - give me a shout.
There are a group of girls who meet up at Hilary's on a thursday for lunch - just turn up.
There's a group of expats meet up regularly for nights out etc on pomsinperth - have a look.

Forgot to mention - if you like ten pin bowling - there's a group of us who meet every monday 10 -12 at Craigie AMF. Come and give it a go! We're all cr*p btw (except Lynne) but we have a laugh!

Hi Laura

We drove the Nullabor about 5 weeks ago and loved every minute of it.Its not as bad as everyone makes out.Actually thinking of driving back to Brisbane via the top end now when our 2 year STNI is over, can't see ourselves staying in Perth much prefer the Qld lifestyle.

Hello

my cousin lives in Kinross... Do you sell spas too, cos I will need one of them once I buy a place??

I am dreading the drive, just because I wanna get there quick, and have not got much money to spare.....I always wanted to do it, but imagined doing it over a longer period of time in a camper van, just cruising along stoppin all the time.....

Think we might be sleeping in the car as we have 2 dogs with us too
