Call me thick but !!
I know I am new to this wonderful site but what is karma !! and what do the little stars mean (not really noticed them until recent thread asking Pollyanna about posts) As a newly afflicted addict I need to knoe please

Hi there!!!!
If you look through the site feedback forum you should find loadsa info about karma and stars.
But this is how I understand it......
The little blue karma box that members have under their name, well if you click it you can give them karma. So, if you think their post/thread is great (or for whatever reason) you can give them karma!!!!!!!
The stars indicate how many posts/threads you have started or replyed to.

Maybe I am in a deflated phase nothing to do now but wait
No documents to get certified
No certificates to find
no transcripts to chase up
I am allowed to be ill (medicals done and dusted)
Just the postman to stalk and harrass for my coverted yellow envelope

The blue boxes are related to the amount of karma points you've been given, 100 points for a new box, and then after four boxes, got to get 200 points, and so on...people with more karma give more points, and can give more karma, so I'd give a lot, someone like Don would give about 10 I think, someone new would give 0 points, but still should give as it's all good
Oh, and when you give, should say who you are inthe message as otherwise wont' know who to return it to
