No worries, I am a patient rock of granite from time to time. People here are getting seduced by wonderful tax incentives from the govt to build from new, which is after all many people's dream.
I'll just wait for the upturn here and bless the old UK housing bubble (Don's UK bachelor flat triples in value in 6 years!!! Sold!!!)
