The gorgoeus house has $75,000 in upgrades.
Spoke to mortgage consultant in Oz last night. He says we can have the loan no prob. He was not sure wether we would still need FRB approval though even though we have the visa because we are in the UK buying it.
Anyway it's all underway! We must be crazy
