Depends on your circumstances. Took us 3 weeks. We had good deposit.

Agents generally write up a contract allowing from 21 to 28 days; but the turn around seems to be much, much quicker now.

They seem to have got their act together in Canberra now, have had them back approved in 10 days which is pretty quick........... 14 - 15 days seems to be the norm.

I think they have to reply within 31 days although ours both came through a lot quicker.

hopefully in kinross, currambine area. Had been looking at clarkson/somerly but some reports have not been to favourable for the clarkson area, have you heard any bad report or has anyone out there.

We're quite a way South from those burbs.

I have heard some bad things about Clarkson, but tbh it's usually from people who don't live in the area possibly being a little snobby.

In any burb there are desirable and not so desirable parts. Just comes down to 40% homework and 60% instinct, I think.
