If I was in the market and there was a house in the area I wanted, I'd definitely show an interest. However I'm not and there isn't so I'm not. As good a place as any and you tend to know that there's unlikely to be anything wrong with the place, just that the owners are planning on moving to another country.

mmmm, just wondering whether to put our house on there. We are selling it ourselves so no agents fees. That way we can sell it cheaper to the buyer.

We are selling house ourselves and have advertised the last 4 weeks and have had a good response from the advert, but of course they are not in a position to buy. ahhh!

It only takes one. House is now at a good price, reduced to rock bottom considering we won't have commission to pay to real estate agents.

Good luck
