Default Buying a business

Anybody got any experience of buying a going concern.I really want to move to NZ but not to do my same job(IT..Boring had enough).I've read some info on a 2 year visa after which they assess you on all sorts of things..

Any pointers,things to be wary of etc....

I've never bought a going concern, but i've sold three !!

I was of the opinion that you had to have had the relevant experience before buying a business in NZ. Annoying I know. Try http://benz1.com/forum/index.php?act=idx for more info.

Yeah we know.I've got some experience from my early career straight from school in the industry I'm interested in.I was more concerned with any potential pit falls in the actual buying and selling up and then the moving.
