bus fares
at what age do we start paying for children on the buses in WA, a silly question i know but been traveling on buses latley to joondalup and the previous 2 times got charged $3.40 yet yesterday the bus driver mentioned conncessions and only charged $1.40 am i right in thinking that the children travel for free their ages are 6 and 3

Is it just me that find they can't do math? 
An adult day rider A is $8.10, and after a 15% and 25% discount it costs $8.10
