Default Budget - Basic living costs in Melbourne

Have done the usual search and after going through numerous posts, have tried to estimate our basic living costs in Melbourne - could you please let me know if I am on track? We are a family of 4 (with 2 kids )

I have left out housing;car ; entertainment; annual trips home; education; clothes and one off costs e.g. appliances - am still working on that!

Estimates per month:

Groceries (food + household stuff) - 1,400 (Does not include alcohol!)
Private Health Insurance + home contents insurance - 500 (not sure what kind of coverage I'd get for this?)
Utilities - Water, Leccy, Rates, Telephone, Internet - 600 (No pool, will use VOIP...)
Car running - Petrol + Reg+Insurance - 600 (only 1 car)
Miscellaneous - to cover stuff like school books;house repairs (if unused will go to a sinking fund towards one off large expenses) - 500

Total per month - $ 3,600

TIA
