my wife is from Foxbar (Paisley) and is worried she won't be able to get her fave tipple, Buckfast in Oz:confused:

Its a quality wine only served in Michelin starred restaurants. Made by monks in Buckfast abbey, in Devon

You can buy it by the glass in Bondi... But its expensive.


also there was a few lads from N.Ireland were importing the stuff into Brisbane.

Cask wine is about $11 for 5 litres, save yourself a few bob.

Bucky is sold in a few places in Melbourne. There is an off license on chapel street that stocks it regularly.

I was asking Nu-Shooz as I thought she lived in the same county as Buckfast Abbey. :)
