Default British Physios in Queensland

Going through the emigration process at the moment and not sure what the examination process involves for me to register as a Physio to work in Queensland. Having specialised in Respiratory care (Critical Care and Surgery) for the past 8 years, the thought of sitting a clinical exam in out patients scares me! Looking for information from Physio's that have gone through this process already. Its a costly process so I need to know what I'm letting myself in for before going through it. Could mean I don't get the chance to emigrate .
Thanks.
