Brisbane v Sunshine Coast, Maroochydore
Hi all 
Any advice on this dilema would be appreciated. My company originally offered me a job in their Maroochydore office, but have now said i'd be better placed for them in Brisbane.
OH does not have a job yet so i think Brisbane would be better for him, but can any body give any pros & cons for either?

Very much so. Maroochydore (aka Weymouth from hereon) is nice enough but its not Brisbane (aka London) and depending on what the OH does job opportunities are more limited in Maroochydore and surrounds for obvious reasons.

No-one I know who lives on the Sunshine Coast ever says they wished they lived in Brisbane, loads of people I know who live in Brisbane say they wish they lived on the Coast...
Something to think about.

Brisbane is nice, as cities go, compared to UK cities, but the Sunshine Coast is world's better. Depending on what you want of course.
More jobs & higher wages in the city....better lifestyle on the SC.
