Brisbane Bayside Property
I don't often see properties for sale that show the sale price and the current rental values at the same time, but yesterdays local "Property Guide" has some in it, so here they are, to give some ideas:
4 Bed $369,000 renting for $270pw
?? Bed in Ormiston $349,000 renting for $265 pw
3 bed 7 Km to Brisbane $369,950 renting for $270pw
3 bed $250,000 renting for $205pw?
3 bed $269,000 renting at $260pw
3 bed townhouse Ormiston $259,000 renting at $250pw
4 bed with pool, Thornside $389,000 rented at $385pw
3 bed Victoria Point $295,000 rented at $260pw
The adverts don't always say which suburb the property is in.

Re: Brisbane Bayside Property
Ive noticed that a heck of a lot of hte rental properties are for sale. This looks like investors or negative-gearing people getting out of the market.
Our rental has just gone on the market which is when penny dropped. So we've got 8mths of our lease with the joy of having people traipse through our home with 24 hrs notice and there is nothing that you can do about it unfortunately. We took a 12mth lease so we could settle somewhere... ahh hindsight ;-)
