I used to live in Chapel Hill and worked in the CBD. Too expensive to drive and park in the city so took the bus which was cheaper, quicker and without stress. Took 20 minutes but you need to add time for the transfer to the train. You are better off if you choose somewhere city-side of Marshall Lane. My son went to Chapel Hill State (primary) School and it workd for him. Still keeps contact with friends there and I with some parents too. All the staff were very approachable and there was no bullying as far as I knew.

Yes Indooroopilly Shopping Centre car park is notorious for illegal park 'n ride commuters. They do crack down every now and then but not enough to make it fair for everyone. It is also the place you are most likely to get your car dinged by 'fellow' customers.


Yeah back door got dinged (paint mark only) three days after we got the car. :thumbdown:
