Boy its COLD in the cellar...!!
Well fingers and everything else crossed..... a little man has been today and put a SOLD sign outside our house ... 
It's -5 outside today...and I'm going to be stood outside in it all day :scared:
Just to cheer me up what's the temp. in Adelaide today...

What a lovely sight, I almost screamed when we finally got that SOLD sign outside our house.
