Default Bonner shipping company any good?

Hi - i know that there has been loads of stuff on here about various shipping firms but i can't find anything about Bonner shipping .
Are they any good? We had a good quote from them yesterday and they seem really professional
Any info greatly appreciated - thanks

Bonner or Doree Bonner?

If it's Doree Bonner, send me a PM and i'll let you know how they handled our shipment. :scared: :scared: :scared:

We used them and when we arrived we heard from a least three others who didn't have a good experience (not with Bonner - just general), so we were expecting the worst. However we paid $40 (I think) for the customs admin and it was delivered to our door without a problem. Customs had charged others for various extras including supposed "cleaning" of items. We were advised not to take items such as garden tools and anything that might be have dirt or rust, and I don't think our items had been opened at all since leaving our house. We did have a clear and concise inventory so maybe this helped. I certainly wouldn't have any problems with recommending them but note they do use other firms once shipment arrives in Oz (ours came into Brisbane).
